Beautiful community of the Heart, we are looking forward to  face to face classes back in the studio.  We are beginning with a sprinkling of offerings and will have a fuller schedule ready for term 3,  starting on the 20th July .   We have been working hard to put in place measures that insure Yoga from the Heart  remains a safe and comfortable environment for our community to continue with the practice.   Be safe and be well.
