I can’t recommend Yoga From the Heart highly enough. Emma has been my teacher on and off for 8 years and she is simply a wonderful teacher and wonderful person. Full of light, laughter, kindness, joy and compassion. To me, she is the living embodiment of what yoga means and represents and her classes are magic. Yoga From The Heart is a truly welcoming, light filled place where you can take respite from this crazy world.
My yoga journey with Yoga from the Heart started 10 years ago and I’ve practiced on and off since then, always feeling an ‘internal call’ to return to this studio. It is such a peaceful and welcoming space to practice yoga, all the teachers are so supportive and kind! I’m so happy to now be able to bring along my two daughters to classes and have them experience the ‘magic’ that is Yoga from the Heart.

I have been coming to Young@Heart yoga for nearly three years and have found my happy yoga place. The space is comfortable and inviting with serene glimpses of kunyani. Jeanette delivers a program which is a blend of yoga philosophy and poses. Her supportive descriptions of how to step into each pose at your own comfort level, make her sessions available to all with ongoing issues. I love my sessions with her, they are a gift which has improved my flexibility and balance. My mind and breathing calmer. This brings benefits to all areas of my life, working with young children, being present for my family and giving me a general feeling of wellbeing.
Jo’s classes are inspiring and energising. Her guidance and instruction style is clear, thorough, and imbued with warmth and humour. Her teaching has brought me a much greater physical and emotional awareness, as well as a deeper knowledge of how my body aligns and functions.
