Aerial Foundation

Learn the foundations of aerial yoga. Developing strength, length and trust in your equipment and yourself in a safe and supportive environment.

Suitable for: Beginners

Aerial Deepening

Build upon the foundations of aerial yoga and take your practice to the next level.

Suitable for: Students with some aerial yoga and mat yoga experience.

Aerial Expanding

Developing strong flows and postures. A good base of aerial yoga is required before signing up for this class.

Suitable for: Experienced aerial flyers only

Aerial Restorative

This practice is for healing and nurturing done in a low hammock. As we build trust in the hammock and the way it so beautifully supports us, we find mobility without compression. Opening our body and mind and nourishing our soul.

Suitable for: All levels of experience

Aerial Lunchtime

Fly supported and free. Move through traditional yoga poses and aerial adaptions all supported by the specially designed and load-tested hammock.

Suitable for: All levels of experience

Youth Yoga Chill (13 – 17 yrs)

Teaching teenagers the tools for relaxation and self regulation in a playful and connected environment. These classes incorporate relaxing and restorative postures using both the aerial hammock and floor based practices as well as meditation, mindfulness and breathing.

Suitable for: Ages 13 – 17 years.

Mat Yoga Classes

We offer a range of different mat classes suitable for young and old, for the beginner through to the seasoned practitioner. 

Book A Mat Class

Foundation

The class for you if you’re new to yoga or just starting out on the yogic path. You’ll learn the foundation of yogic principles, incorporating asana (movement) with correct alignment principles, pranayama (breath) and relaxation/mindfulness. A slow, steady class building solid foundations for your practice and understanding of yoga to grow from.

Suitable for: Those new to yoga or those who wish to refine the basics

Deepening

A class to strengthen and build on solid foundations of an existing practice.These classes allow opportunities to dive deeper into stronger, more dynamic asana variations. Asana variations encourage you to tune in to your inner wisdom and adapt your practice accordingly. Yogic principles, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness are incorporated.

Suitable for: Students with some yoga experience

Expanding

These classes offer a wider variety of yogic practices, that include asana, pranayama, chanting, philosophy, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation. These classes are for you if you have an established practice and you’re ready to broaden your understanding of yoga beyond asanas.

Suitable for: Students with some yoga experience.

All Welcome/Lunchtime

Build on the foundations of your yoga practice in these combined level classes. With options to go as gently as you choose or try deeper or stronger variations, you are invited to tune into what would serve you best.

Suitable for: All levels of experience

Youth Yoga (8 – 13 yrs)

These classes are a fun and friendly way to introduce your children to yoga.  Expect a playful approach to postures, meditation and relaxation.

Suitable for: Ages 8 – 13 years

Young @ Heart

Young at Heart paves the way for developing an evolving and sustainable practice as we age. The class is designed to provide a practice that will maintain and improve mobility and can benefit all age groups.  Based on the four key principles for healthy ageing – strength, flexibility, agility, and balance. The practice is varied and draws on the deeper support of breath, mindfulness and meditation principles.

Suitable for: All ages and abilities

Soma Refresh Yoga

Soma Refresh Yoga is a blend of Somatic, Yin and restorative yoga along with self massage. The focus is on reconnecting the brain and body to assist in releasing long held tension. This practice can be adapted to chair if preferred.

Suitable for: All levels of experience
