3-5pm, Introduction to Kundalini Yoga with Gina

In this introductory workshop Gina will break down the breathing techniques commonly used in Kundalini Yoga, and introduce the philosophy of the mantra that you will hear in most Kundalini classes.
Gina will then guide you through Kundalini kriya and meditation.
All levels are invited to participate in this workshop. Kundalini Yoga encourages you to work within your own personal range of movement. Gina will guide you through safe practice for all levels of yoga.
