Mindful Movement and Relaxation for 5-7yrs
Kids have stress in their lives too. Over 5 weeks we will have fun learning ways to remove stress for our bodies and minds, using yoga techniques such as movement, breathing and mindfulness in an easy to digest way. Kids will have some tools to help them grow into healthy, thoughtful and relaxed little beings.
Join Emma on this joyous journey. Parents welcome to stay but must participate (always more fun to do yoga together!)
