This class offers an accessible experience including yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation informed by the most recent understanding of health, fascial anatomy, neuroscience, and pain. This class is about aiming not for more complexity of yoga shapes or postures, but increased depth of understanding and applicability to your everyday life. These sessions welcome a wide range of yoga experience, from beginners so seasoned practitioners.
