Vocal toning workshop

Vibration is at the core of all life. The miraculous phenomenon of sound and music has played a key role in our human experience throughout the ages. Sound Healing is becoming widely recognised for its efficacy. It is used to alleviate many stress-related conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure to name but a few. As stress is a major cause for suffering and disease, sound is a particularly versatile and powerful healing medium. Using sound for therapy and healing has been shown to relax our nervous system. improve our state of mind and the function of our immune system. It helps with sleep, pain relief, brings us in tune with ourselves and uplifts our vibration and state of being.

Learn some simple and fun vocal toning exercises, overtone singing and
gain tools using voice for your own practice and self healing. Toning has a neurochemical effect
on the body, boosting the immune system and causing the release of endorphins. Toning helps
relearn good breathing and posture.
Toning has been effective in relieving insomnia and can support us to release stress, anxiety and
repressed emotions. Regular toning and humming helps to re-energize the body and restore health
to the mind, body and spirit. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
