FAQs

Casual Attendance
Casual places are available in every class.

We don’t prebook casual places so please just come along. Some classes have more limited casual places available than others and it is rare that we cannot accommodate you.

If coming casually please be sure to arrive early so we can connect with you and find out about any history, issues or concerns we need to be aware of to best meet your needs.

Book for the term
To reserve your place for a class for the entire term,  locate the first class of that term (search keyword book in the filter bar) and pay your deposit.
What equipment do I need to bring to class?
The studio is well equipped with high quality, clean equipment for your use so you don’t need to bring anything to class with us (though if you have your own mat you are most welcome to bring it along to use).
What classes do you have?
As well as regular weekly classes (including specialist classes for pregnant women, children, older adults, those with therapeutic needs) we offer regular workshops, the 6 month Elemental Yoga Immersion, and from time to time we host visiting teachers (see below for some of the events we have hosted in the last 10 years).
What classes are suitable for beginners?
As well as regular weekly classes (including specialist classes for pregnant women, children, older adults, those with therapeutic needs) we offer regular workshops, the 6 month Elemental Yoga Immersion, and from time to time we host visiting teachers (see below for some of the events we have hosted in the last 10 years).
What parking is available?
Although we do not have a dedicated car park, there are plenty of car parks for over one hour in the surrounding streets.
Can I make up missed classes?
We have a make-up policy which invites you to make up a maximum of two missed classes in another class of equivalent or lesser time (this can be with any teacher).
How do I pay for my class?

If you are booking a class for an entire term, please refer to the first class of that term  in our calendar (search booking) and follow the directions to pay the deposit to confirm your place. The balance amount is to be paid to the teacher directly: either cash in class or bank deposit.

For all other classes,  your teacher’s preferred method of payment is noted in the event details.

We do not have EPTPOS facilities for casual classes.
