Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul.

Meet Our Teachers
As teachers, we value our connections and are dedicated to supporting our students in a way that echos beyond Yoga From The Heart into the wider community. We are committed to the safety (physically, emotionally and spiritually) of everyone who enters the studio to explore the practice, and themselves. As individuals, we are grounded in our own practice and continue to educate ourselves in the art and science of teaching.
