Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul.

I bring to my teaching a joyful curiosity and the desire to share insights from my ongoing studies in yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, as well as contemporary neuroscience, anatomy and yoga philosophy from the Tantric tradition.
My own practice sustains my love of trail running, dancing, mountain biking and bushwalking.
I aim to support my students to stay healthy, active and connected, doing the things they enjoy.
My teaching is also informed by my lived experience of chronic muscle pain (prior to establishing a personal yoga practice) and I am filled with wonder at the body’s capacity to heal when supported by the intentional and nourishing practices of yoga.
With a deep bow to all my teachers and my students, past and present, I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
