Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul.

I first started Yoga in my mid-teenage years as a means to learn to meditate. At the time, I saw yoga and meditation as two similar paths that were somehow linked together. Three decades later and the journey through yoga and bodywork has taken me on many paths to self-discovery.
I have lived-experience of the principles of leading a healthy lifestyle, as well as sharing and connecting with the world and with others.
I have practiced and been inspired by teachers and schools from different traditions of yoga, meditation and bodywork.
I have been sharing my passion for yoga and bodywork as a teacher for almost two decades. I find the yoga studio is a place for humbleness, discovery and nourishment that fulfils the flame of understanding, while putting into practice what it means to embody an ever-evolving awareness of what my purpose in life is.
