I have been a yoga student for nearly 20 years, always loving the physical benefits that every yoga class has provided. I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga several years ago; provoking a real passion for yoga, and the ability to really go within and receive more than just the physical benefits. The feeling I got after my first group Kundalini class was unlike anything I had experienced before. I yearned for more knowledge and to understand why I had a profound experience. I did as much personal research of Kundalini Yoga as I could find; looking online, reading books, and taking online classes. Last year I took that quest further and began my Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training. I’m excited to grow my knowledge and share the experience of Kundalini Yoga with the Hobart community.
